We are looking for Outside Sales Account Managers to join our Toronto, Montreal and Victoria sales teams. The main focus of the position is to acquire and manage designer and architect accounts through outside/outbound sales. To learn more about our company please visit us @




The Outside Sales Account Manager will work mainly with the architectural and design trades. He or she will be detailing flooring products to architects, interior designers, contractors and developers. The job will involve prospecting and adding new accounts within the design community as well as servicing some existing accounts. The job will entail managing sales from start to finish including the preparation of quotes, proposals and reports as well as post sales service. The position will also include some retail sales and customer service in our Toronto, Montreal and Victoria boutique showrooms respectively.




- 3 years+ experience in flooring and/or interior finishing materials sales

- Experience dealing with interior designers, architects, developers and/or contractors

- Must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self starter

- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- Must be highly organized and have excellent time management skills;

- Motivated by performance based results;
- Dynamic and flexible personality adaptable to various settings.




We offer a competitive base package plus an attractive commission structure. Current successful Sales Representatives earn $60k+ per year. A mileage allowance and health & dental benefits are included.
