Our ability to attract and retain clients is exceptional as is our retention of team members. Due to our unprecedented growth, we are looking for a Senior Manager within our MNP Consulting team in our downtown Vancouver Advisory Services office. Our office provides a complement of consulting and financial advisory services (Strategy and Planning, Organization and People, Performance Improvement, Research and Analytics, Corporate Finance, Insolvency and Forensic Accounting) to clients across British Columbia.

The Position
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and participating in multiple client engagements with a focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership and team development, training and development, including curriculum design and compensation. Part of your job responsibilities will include promoting the Business Advisory Services of MNP to the business community. You will be expected to ensure clients receive the highest quality service and participate in the ongoing business development and marketing of Organization and People consulting services to new and existing clients. Coaching and mentoring team members will also be an essential part of this position and some travel in Western Canada will be required.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
. Bachelor\'s degree and/or MBA in a related field such as Business or Human Resources. A CHRP and/or CMC designation would be an asset
. Minimum 10 years of human resources consulting experience, preferably in a firm environment, with a broad base of knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership and team development and training and development
. Experience working as a project manager preferably in a firm environment
. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
. Proven ability to deliver a high standard of client excellence by developing internal and external deliverables within stringent deadlines
. A proven aptitude in analytical research and conceptual thinking
. Strong problem solving skills and a history in developing creative and innovative solutions
. Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
. Goal orientated, open minded, and possesses a high level of integrity
. Dynamic, results oriented personality who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
. A desire and the ability to coach and mentor staff
. Proven track record of results with clients
. An excellent and proven BC based business network with knowledge of national competitors and local market offerings
