JOB TITLE:

Account Manager – Mid Market

 

LOCATION:

Vancouver – Downtown

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Mid Market Account Manager is responsible for selling ACL audit analytic technology solutions to businesses in a defined geographic area within North America.​ The mandate of the role is to grow the revenue stream from existing accounts, and to proactively drive market expansion by selling into new accounts.​

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

    * Develop & execute a business plan that maximizes sales from existing clients, proactively and methodically sells into new accounts, and builds a robust pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly sales quota.​
    * Identify and close sales opportunities through the use of a customer-centric sales methodology that emphasizes collaborative solution development, and proactive deal cycle management.​
    * Drive sales through: significant, proactive cold-calling; internal /​ external client referrals; timely lead follow-up; up-sell /​ cross-sell where applicable; and some targeted direct marketing campaigns.​
    * Quarter-back a virtual sales team as required for more complex sales cycles (including Technical personnel, Management, etc.​).​
    * Initiate dialogue with multiple levels on the client /​ prospect side: staff, management, and executive.​
    * Build a healthy pipeline and accurately manage monthly /​ quarterly forecasts.​


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Experience:

    * 2+​ years inside sales experience focused on B2B
    * Experience with full sales cycle: from prospecting to close
    * Proven track record of attaining quota
    * Previous experience selling technology or software preferred

Education:

    * University degree in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.​
    * Post-secondary education at the college or technical institute level in a sales & marketing or business program is an alternate
    * Past experience working with a CRM
    * Proficient computer skills
