Administrative Assistant - Project Office

Company: Consisting of world leaders in financing, design construction and operation, this company has undertaken a major transportation project.​

If you are flexible, proactive and want to be engaged in meaningful work, then this project office has a place on their team for you.​ This position offers an interesting compilation of responsibilities – maintaining document control, editing and formatting reports, drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing cheques and bank reconciliations, processing Accounts Payable, and handling other duties as assigned.​ You have great reasoning abilities, enjoy taking the initiative and love being able to think through a challenge.​ Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and balanced perspective will be put to good use in this team-oriented supportive office.​ 10 month contract position.​ Proficient in MS Office.​ Salary commensurate with experience.​
